The "hard numbers"
We know that anecdotes and personal reflections are not everyone's cup of tea. Sometimes they can deter you away from trying mindfulness, so we decided to break down the numbers from our recent sessions at the National Trust and Danske Bank. Here is what we found:
- Over 92% of people found the workshop useful in shaping how they think about their health and well being.
- After participating in their first workshop, over 88% of people would be interested in learning more about mindfulness practices.
- Over 96% of people would recommend a Mindfulness Connected Learning workshop to a colleague or volunteer.

My mind finally became still and I am no longer exhausted! This course literally changed my life and I can not thank Veronica enough. After years of having my thoughts take over my life, within 8 short weeks I had gained the ability to take control of my mind and stop my thoughts taking over my life and how I feel.
